By accessing or using the NeverLetGo platform, mobile application, or website (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

NeverLetGo connects consumers with local restaurants, bakeries, and stores to purchase surplus food at discounted prices. We facilitate the discovery, reservation, and pickup of “Surprise Bags” containing unsold food that would otherwise go to waste.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Orders & Pickups

Orders are subject to availability. Surprise Bags contain food that varies by day and partner. You agree to pick up your order within the designated time window. Failure to pick up may result in forfeiture of the purchase as per our Refund Policy.

5. Partner Businesses

We work with FSSAI-verified and hygiene-compliant businesses. NeverLetGo is a platform; we do not prepare, store, or deliver the food. Quality and safety remain the responsibility of the partner business. We encourage you to report any concerns.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the Service for any illegal purpose, to harm others, or to violate any applicable laws. You may not resell Surprise Bags for commercial gain, create multiple accounts to abuse promotions, or attempt to circumvent our systems.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and materials on the Service are owned by NeverLetGo or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NeverLetGo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order in the past 12 months.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the app or email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
